4. Payments & Fees
Fees are agreed upon before services begin
Payments may include setup fees, monthly retainers, and/or performance-based pricing
All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination
5. No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee specific results or revenue increases. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control such as lead quality and your sales process.
6. Intellectual Property
All systems, workflows, and automations created by Flexxable Solutions remain our property unless otherwise agreed.
You may not:
Resell or redistribute our systems
Copy or reuse them for commercial purposes

Both parties agree to keep all shared business information confidential.
8. Third-Party Tools
We may use third-party platforms (e.g., CRM, Twilio, OpenAI, Zapier). We are not responsible for their performance, downtime, or changes.
9. Limitation of Liability
Flexxable Solutions is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or data. Liability is limited to the amount paid for our services.
